how to post a video

hey there friends...to post a video, when you copy the "link" for a video you may be given the option to copy the "link" or to "embed" the video...so choose the "embed" option instead of the "link" option...

hey mister man -- my computer doesn't give me the option to embed:-/ maybe i have try this from the missus's computer.

i copied the video from another site..at the end of the video the option to either "copy" or "embed" came up...I think it is part of YouTube and not computer specific (i.e. mac vs. pc)...was it different on the missus's computer??
